What is Customer Thermometer? Many of our customers love our ScoreSheets but sometimes you just don’t have time to jot down even a quick note.
This is where Customer Thermometer comes in. The day after every cleaning, we send you a Customer Thermometer email. It’s a mini-survey. And when we say “mini-“ we mean it! We know you’re busy and we respect that. There’s only one button you have to push to let us know how we did.
Your choices are:
Very Happy – We’re the best thing since – ever!
Happy – Great job!
Not so happy – Eh, not so thrilled right now.
Unhappy – Seriously, you better fix it now!
The great thing about this is that we can find out very quickly how the cleaning went. We are automatically notified if a client pushes “Unhappy” or “Very Unhappy” so we can contact you right away. Thankfully, that doesn’t happen very often! We consistently rank close to 100% in the Happy/Very Happy categories. Our current percentage is 99.4%. We’re so proud of our Cleanicians!
