  • Creamy Sugar Free Peppermint Mocha Creamer. 2 cups unsweetened cashew milk, 2 Tbsp heavy cream, 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 Tbsp Pyure Organic Stevia, 2 scoops collagen, 1 tsp peppermint extract. Put it all in the blender and blend away. I make a double batch of this and keep in the fridge for the week. I use about 1/4 cup in my coffee at a time. It's creamy and delicious and doesn't make me miss those unhealthy store-bought creamers at all!
